That is kind of a strange job. I think that there is the same kind of job for Western women in Tokyo as well, and there is a much larger demand. The job title is 'Hostess'. You don't have to sleep with any clients as a Hostess, however, you will be offered extraordinarily large sums of money to do so ($5,000).
