    <summary type="html">My mom has, as expected, agreed to let me use her address for voting registration, customs forms, what have you.  What do you do in the case of not having a family member based at home and you need an address for all those things?  Some day I may become a dual citizen with the UK, but for now it's all US.  I don't want to lose my voting rights!&#xD;
